1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rinovo AI ("the Service"), operated by Myra Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rinovo AI provides an AI-powered voice agent platform for businesses. The Service includes AI call handling, appointment scheduling, message taking, and related communication tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5a. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Rinovo AI offers an SMS text messaging program to deliver appointment-related communications on behalf of participating businesses. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. By providing your mobile phone number to a business that uses Rinovo AI, or by submitting your number through our SMS consent form at https://rinovo.app/sms-consent, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Rinovo AI (operated by Myra Solutions LLC).

Program name: Rinovo AI Appointment Notifications.
Program operator: Myra Solutions LLC (d/b/a Rinovo AI).
Message types: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellation/reschedule notices, and post-appointment follow-ups.
Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment activity — typically 1–5 messages per appointment.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages.
Opt-in again: Reply START at any time to resume receiving messages.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact info@myrasolutionsllc.com.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Myra Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myra Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
