What Messages You Will Receive
Businesses such as dental and medical offices use Rinovo to answer their phones and manage appointments. If you agree, Rinovo texts you on that business's behalf about appointments you booked with them. Every text starts with “Rinovo:” and names the business. We send only these kinds of texts:
Appointment confirmations
Sent when the business confirms a booking you made.
Cancellation notices
Sent when an appointment you booked is canceled.
Waitlist openings
Sent only if you asked to be on the waitlist and an earlier time opens.
Intake-form links
A link to the business’s form to fill out before your visit.
Opt-in confirmation
One text right after you first agree, confirming what you signed up for.
We never send marketing or promotional texts, and texts never include the reason for your visit.

How You Provide Consent
1. On a phone call. When you call a business that uses Rinovo, its AI receptionist asks this question before it books you, adds you to a waitlist, or sends you a form:
“Can we text updates about your appointment to this number? They'll come from Rinovo, our scheduling service, usually one to three texts per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Terms and privacy are at rinovo.app.”
Only a clear “yes” is recorded, along with the business, your number, the time, and the call it happened on. Right after your first yes, you get one text confirming it (the first sample message above). If you say no, your booking goes ahead and nothing is texted. Spanish-speaking callers are asked the same question in Spanish.
